Stirling Lloyd's Integritank® structural waterproofing membrane has been utilised to protect one of St George South London’s most impressive riverside developments.
Putney Wharf is a contemporary mixed-use development, consisting of modern townhouses and apartments, business and recreational units, underground parking and landscaped courtyards, finished off with an eye-catching steel and glass wrapped tower centrepiece.
The prestigious nature of the project necessitated a high quality waterproofing system with a proven track record of success, suitable for application to the 5,300m² of podium deck, planters and stairwells on Phase 1 of the development, as well an additional 2,000m² of private balconies and high level roofing on the final phase known as Castle Court.
Integritank® is a two component, spray applied, seamless system, based on methyl methacrylate (MMA) resins, which cure rapidly to form an exceptionally tough and fully bonded waterproof membrane. The system is BBA approved for use both as a structural waterproofing and liquid waterproofing membrane.
With The Linx Building now complete, Stirling Lloyd have helped ensure that its new residents have an attractive and well-protected structure in which to live.
